We understand that there may be instances when you need to reschedule or cancel a counselling session. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Rescheduling or Cancellation:
Clients are allowed to reschedule or cancel a counselling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty. You can contact us via phone or email to make the necessary changes. - Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if you fail to show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged a $100 Fee for the missed session. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists for their time and to ensure the availability of our services to other clients. - Payment:
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the missed session fee will be charged to the payment method on file. Payment is due within 24 hours of the missed session. Failure to make the payment may result in suspension or termination of services. - Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows:
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future appointment availability or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit to secure future sessions.
