Depth psychology is a branch of psychology that explores the hidden or unconscious aspects of the human mind. He believed that much of our behavior is driven by unconscious feelings of inferiority and the desire to overcome these feelings through personal growth and self-improvement.

Depth Psychology in Practice

Depth psychology is often used in psychotherapy to help individuals explore their unconscious minds and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapists use techniques such as dream analysis, free association, and exploring childhood experiences to uncover unconscious patterns and conflicts that may be causing distress or limiting personal growth.
